ORKA offers five core services all under one roof in Kuwait City: 3D Design (full CAD modelling and DFM review), Real-Life Solutions (custom functional parts engineered from a brief), FDM Printing (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, ASA), Post-Processing (sanding, priming, vapour smoothing, spray painting), and Mold Creation (silicone casting molds and resin pouring patterns). Every project is managed start-to-finish in-house.
ORKA stocks five core FDM materials: PLA (best for display models, 60 °C heat resistance), ABS (strong, heat-resistant to 100 °C, acetone-smoothable), PETG (durable, chemical-resistant, clear options), TPU (flexible, rubber-like, 95A shore), and ASA (UV-resistant, ideal for Kuwait's outdoor climate). Material advice is always included with your quote.
Files & Materials
ORKA accepts STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES and 3MF files. If you're using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, Blender, or any other CAD tool, export to one of these formats before sending. No file at all? A sketch, photo, or verbal description is enough to get started — ORKA's design team handles the rest.
Yes. ORKA's design service covers everything from concept to print-ready file. Share a sketch, reference image, drawing, or describe what you need — the team will model it in CAD, check it for printability, and send you a preview for approval before anything prints. No 3D experience required on your end.
Process & Timing
Rapid prototyping is the fast creation of physical parts directly from a digital file using 3D printing. It allows Kuwait businesses and startups to test form, fit, and function before committing to expensive injection-moulding tooling or mass production. Turnaround depends on part size, complexity, and post-processing required. Small to medium parts typically complete in 24–72 hours. Larger or highly complex projects take 3–5 days.
